Another fabulous Father's Day photo session! I met up with this beautiful family at Appleford Estate in Villanova, and had a beautiful time photographing them as they explored the gardens, found a frog in the pond, examined flowers, blew bubbles. We spent less than an hour together but got so many wonderful images!
This momma surprised her husband with a family photo session for Father's Day. We met up near the Philadelphia Art Museum (Grandma came too) and enjoyed a lovely (if a bit toasty) morning together.
This morning I had the pleasure of taking photos for a family of four at the gorgeous Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA. "E", the cute little two year old redhead, was happy as long as she could move around and explore, so it was a fun shoot with lots of running around. Her one month old baby sister was chill and content, and everyone enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and taking our our time capturing the moments on a beautiful, warm and sunny morning. My assistant Tasha did a great job of keeping harsh sunlight out of everyone's faces, and we ended up with a lovely collection of lifestyle and posed images.
While it was 90 degrees and humid in Philadelphia, the weather at the shore in Stone Harbor, New Jersey was a relatively brisk 65 degrees and very windy. Three generations came together for a week on the beach, and I got to capture their lovely family: Grandma, Grandpa, two siblings, their spouses, and the 18 month and 3 year old first cousins. We had to shoot a couple hours before sunset to accommodate the kids' bedtimes, so the light was a bit harsher than is desirable, and the wind was blowing hair everywhere, but we still got some fun shots.
