This is one of my hair and makeup artists, Heather. Can you believe she is pregnant with TWINS?! I photographed her early last year, and she was just a dream to work with. When I heard she was preggers I knew I needed to get her in front of my camera again. A beautiful hand painted canvas backdrop, this gorgeous glowing woman, and some light and posing magic… these are some of my favorite photographs ever.

I’ve been wanting to do a Vanity Fair, magazine style maternity shoot for awhile now. My new hand painted olive green canvas backdrop arrived the day before this gorgeous couple showed up in my studio, and I knew the stars had aligned.

Child Portraiture: Tulle and Light

Childhood is such a beautiful time that is far too fleeting. And these little girls just loved the idea of coming to my studio, getting pampered by my hair and makeup artist (a little lip gloss and just a touch of mascara is plenty for these little ones!), and taking photos with their sisters and best friends.

Studio Maternity Shoot

Another gorgeous family of color in to my Ardmore studio on the Main Line for a maternity shoot, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled working with them and creating these images. Dramatic lighting, romantic poses, backlight… this kind of work makes my heart sing!

Group shots & headshots for Enduring Smiles Dental in Media, PA

I had such a great time in my Ardmore studio with the Enduring Smiles dental team! They got pampered with makeup by Elegance Artistry and hair by Concihairge, and got to take turns getting their headshots taken with me while the group relaxed and mingled in my lounge area. Once everyone was prepped, it was time for group shots. So much fun energy that day!

Fine art & commercial photographer Sarah Bloom and I became friends when I was just starting my photography business several years back. She is an amazing artist who takes these incredible self portraits in abandoned buildings, so when she came to me asking for headshots, I was super nervous. Thankfully she loves her images… phew!
